Hello there, I’m Vadim O.
Hi there! I enjoy any activity that allows me to throw myself out there in the nature. Surfing, snowboarding, biking are my main outdoor interests - so no wonder, real estate wise i am split in between Hawaii, San Francisco and lake Tahoe. Graduated with masters in electrical engineering i eventually found my interests leaning more towards art and film making which i pursued as another educational challenge for 4 years. My love and care for art and culture eventually brought me to New York city. This is where i belong to, at least for now.

My wife and I stay in this unit and was very happy. This was the best way to spend our 10 year anniversary. The unit was clean and had lots of extras. The pictures do this condo no justice. It was way more than we expected. Vadim was very nice and helpful. I recommend renting this unit. Thank you vadim for a great time.

Let me start by saying," I'm not big on writing reviews but when you have such a great experience from start to finish, I feel it's warranted". Vadim is as professional as they come. I honestly felt like I was going to my own cabin in Tahoe! The cabin itself is a perfect mix of the homie, cabin feel, mixed with modern bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen! It really felt like a home away from home. You couldn't ask for a better location. The cabin is very close to EVERYTHING in South Lake! 5 out of 5

We definitely enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was so clean and so complete and so easy to use. We felt like we were at our own home! Our children (age 11, 9, and 6) were very relaxed to have a home to come back to at the end of an action-packed ski day. The location is perfect, close enough to the supermarket, stores, and the Gondola; while far enough from the main traffice and craziness of the Casino crowd. Communication with Vadim is the easiest part. He's always so prompt and so responsive that we felt very safe to know he's there for us just in case. Overall, 5 stars for everything!!! Thank you Vadim!!!

We loved staying at this cabin! It is so cute, modern and a very short walk to the Heavenly gondola. It's so close and walking distance to everything, yet you feel like you're out in the woods. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely appointed to allow for privacy. The wood stove kept us so cozy. This place comes highly equipped in a perfect location with all the right amenities and jacuzzi bath to boot.

Great location: Center of the island, you can easily get to either end from the condo. Decor: Clean and gorgeous. Modern and updated, felt at home. Loved cooking in the open kitchen. Views: Beatiful view of the ocean from bedroom and living room lanai. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if we ever get back to Kauai.

The resort was beautiful - the condo beautiful as well. The day we arrived, we were, however, locked out of the condo. Could not gain access, and we had just flown in and were tired. After about an hour with management's help, we were finally able to get in.

The condo was beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated, exceeding our expectations. Ocean view is from a distant and best seen from the balcony. The pool area is nice but fairly crowded. One large group occupied the end area of the pool (nearest the ocean) almost everyday and it didn't seem like they were guests. Perhaps friends and/or family of one or more of the staff???

We visited July 2011, we love this property and the location - it is in the middle of both North Shore and South Shore so you can visit both sides of the island, just like we did. This condo has a lovely restaurant where we enjoyed small plate cuisine...very tasty and a great location to sip cocktails and enjoy the sunsets. Please don't forget to visit one of the local bike shops, we very much enjoyed renting bikes and biking along the coconut coast up to Anahola...so much fun, so relaxing and so beautiful. We want to make Kauai an annual experience...this island is our unanimous family favorite. This is our second trip to this condo, it was like coming home. Working with Vadim is a breeze, he is so responsive, I have great confidence in our transaction; especially enjoy the payment system set up, very easy to use and I just feel very secure about the transaction. We hope to be back this year.

Sample: We had a fabulous time at this Maui Kamaole Condo. The booking process was straightforward and easy and Vadim provided us with excellent resources for our trip. We loved the views from the living room looking out to the beach, and the pool was great for splashing in with the kids. We made use of the BBQ area almost every night and loved watching the sunset over the ocean as we ate dinner. Was perfect for the whole family, we will definitely be back – Thank you so much!

It's been a great pleasure to accommodate Ryan and his party at our GoToHeavenly knotty pine Tahoe cabin. Clear and pro-active communication that i received from Ryan was something noticeable from the very beginning. It gave me a good sense of confidence he is a great client. It's very rare when i have a chance to visit the house right after guests' stay but in this particular case i came from New York for a family re-union right after Ryan's party left. The first thing my mom said when i opened the door was "i wish every guests were like those that just left". The house was clean, the dishes are made and the laundry in the washer as house instructions directed. This is why from now on Ryan is on my VIP list to receive special rates every time he comes back:)!
