Cliff House is located on Lubbers Quarters Cay in Abaco, Bahamas. The house sits about 50 feet above the Sea of Abaco. It has four bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens and three full baths. It can accommodate up to 10 people. It has its own dock and a slip in the marina. It has a swimming pool (20 feet by 10 feet) built into the deck facing the ocean. The location is opposite from Tilloo cut, which takes you out into the Atlantic from the Sea of Abaco.

Upstairs:
Master bedroom has a King size bed; attached bathroom with two vanities, shower, toilet and bidet. Two guest rooms with shared bathroom; shower, vanity and toilet. East guest room has two twin beds bed. West guest room also has two twin beds.

All our water comes from rain. We have two built-in concrete tanks with liners. Each tank holds 7000 gallons when full.
Depending on the water situation, normally you may use water as needed, but take care not to waste it.
