5 BR Luxury Vacation Home Directly on the intercoastal waterway. House is on a peninsula surrounded by water on 3 sides. Large pool deck in the back of the house and walk out on to the dock where the 36' Yacht and 3 jet skis are moored. Pool deck has chaise lounges with water misting fans to cool off on hot days. Dining table and chairs next to BBQ for entertaining by the pool. Portable music system outside by the pool.
If you are planning a family vacation or reunion than this property is ideal and loaded with lots of activities for both adults and kids.
Lower Level: Kitchen, Family Room, Florida Room, Dining Room, Living Room, Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom.
The kitchen with its large center island has counter seating for 12 people. The family room has comfortable seating for 8-10 and is equipped with a state-of-the-art flat screen 3D TV and a library of 3D movies, Nintendo and Netflix.
Kids Fort: Small area under entrance staircase makes for a great kids fort and can be fitted with 2 twin beds for kids to have their own space.
Upper Level: Master Bedroom with a king sized bed furnished with a top of the line memory foam mattress. Bedroom overlooks intercoastal waterway and 2nd floor balcony.
Coffee Bistro: Fully equipped coffee bistro for your early morning or late evening enjoyment. Intimate seating area adjacent to outside balcony.
Outside Balcony: You will spend half of your time on the 2nd floor balcony which runs the length of the house and is furnished with an oversized sofa to relax while enjoying your morning coffee or evening wine. South end of the balcony is outfitted with a Bowflex and work out equipment and the north side of the balcony has a massage table. Relax and enjoy while watching the boats go by on the intercoastal.
Guest Bedroom #2: Double Sized bed with view overlooking the intercoastal waterway and access to the 2nd floor balcony.
Guest Bedroom #3: May be furbished with your choice of 1 king, 1 king & 1 queen or 3 twins. Bedroom overlooks waterway and has access to the second floor balcony. 
Our Housekeeping department will be happy to change any of the configurations of the bedrooms to accommodate the number of guests in your party at no additional cost by adding additional beds. Bedding, Linens, Towels and beach towels will be provided for the number of guests in your party.
