Spacious master suite with bathroom features original Mc Cloud claw foot tub & shower, sitting bench, new travertine tile floors, new double sink vanity with granite counter top. Second bath is located off living room and bedrooms features spacious new marble shower with sitting bench and travertine tile floors. Inside washer and dryer conveniently located in mudroom off kitchen. Rear yard has a deck, landscaped garden and patio area with new propane BBQ.

Area Details: The Mc Cloud area is known for world Class fly fishing, breathtaking waterfalls, great golf, mountain climbing, national square dancing competition, yoga retreats and relaxation. Venture out to surrounding communities and recreation areas of Bernie Falls, Dunsmuir, Mt Shasta, and Mt Lassen Volcanic Park.
