Born in Rome where I lived for 30 years, I decided to leave my job in the City (I worked in a Company that organized the SBK World Championship and many other Motor races), to run the family Estate and to start the activity of Agriturismo.
I left the City to live in Umbria, where I discovered an amazing and wonderful Region and a different, healthtier quality of life.
During the years, my relatives who wanted to rent their properties in BOLOGNA, ROME, LUGANO LAKE and LIGURIA, asked me to give them an help. I AM NOT A TRAVEL AGENT! I just give them an help to receive bookings requests.

Outside, large yard with brick dated 1878 equipped with a large gazebo and several areas: an old shaft to form a nice round dining table furniture, an "happy hour" corner with illuminated barrel, a very comfortable wicker furniture.

Guests can then freely enjoy this area for meals or just relaxing and reading a book in a peaceful and fresh area.
The Fattoria Spinola pool area is at your disposal as well as the free organic vegetable garden and fresh daily eggs. Welcome basket with breakfast and 2 bottles of our DOC wine for free.

A full bathroom with bidet, toilet, washbasin and bathtube with shower unit. Washing machine.

- RESERVATION DEPOSIT – Reservations are not considered “guaranteed” until a reservation deposit is payed. An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to confirm you booking to be sent within 4 (four) working days after your email of booking confirmation. The advance payment will be applied toward the apartment rent. Please make payments in the form of bank money orders or Paypal (Paypal requires an extra charge of 4% of the sum due to be refunded with the balance). The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT + UTILITIES is due the day of your arrival date.
- Confirmation of reservation(s) – Confirmation of the reservation will be emailed to Guest(s) upon receipt of the reservation advance payment.
- Late CheckOut and early CheckIn have to be discussed and paid for in advance.
- The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time during reservation.
- Owner does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property of the Renter. (Owner will return any missing items found.)
- Renter will pay for repairs of any damage, they or their guests have caused. They will pay an extra charge for house left very dirty or with garbage, or with kitchen in bad condition
- Renter hereby acknowledges that they have read the House Rules, understand it, agree to it, and have taken a copy if needed.
- Renter must be over 18 years of age.
