Welcome to our lovely home! It is set in CALABAY PARC: an immaculately maintained peaceful community that consists of luxury executive villas. The community is now firmly established and accepted as one of the most desirable communities for those wishing to vacation around the Disney and Orlando areas. Since we have a little one of our own, we realize how relaxing it is if you know that your vacation villa is safe and friendly for your children. Decorated in an Orlando Dolphins theme, the light airy family room is at the center of the home and opens directly on to the oversize south facing lanai (deck) with its 28 ft x 13 ft heated pool. The enclosed deck receives full sun all day and is great for relaxing, swimming, dining al-fresco or enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sun go down after a busy day at the parks, playing golf, shopping in nearyby high-end or outlet malls or sight seeing. A ceiling fan in the covered section of the lanai keeps you cool even on the hottest days.
Fully air-conditioned, there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The large master suite with its king size bed opens on to the south facing lanai and pool. The room has cable HD TV/DVD, phone, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and bathroom with large shower, tub, twin basins and separate toilet. The second master suite has a queen size bed, large closet, ceiling fan, cable TV and ensuite with walk-in shower, basin and toilet. Two twin-bedded rooms share a 'Jack n Jill' bathroom. Both twins have cable TV and there is a portable DVD which can be used with any of the TVs. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area has everything you need to prepare meals and dine in comfort or there are numerous outlets offering free delivery at the end of a free phone call if you don't want to cook.
