BLUE OWL LODGE
Renovated from top to bottom to be someplace our guests would love, this house has plenty of space for your whole party to spread out, relax, and enjoy the beauty of Breckenridge and the surrounding area. From the top of the line mattresses on the beds to the enormous dining room table with room for 14 to the 8-person hot tub, no detail was too small. The house sits on more than half an acre of land so peace and tranquility go hand in hand with the magnificent views. That amount of land also means there is more than ample parking, which means you have one less thing to worry about.
We are just 1 mile up a quiet winding road from the free shuttle stop and less than 2 miles from the gondola parking lot. A quick 5 minute trip and you’ll be at the doorstep of the some of the best skiing and riding in North America. If the slopes aren’t your cup of tea then you can enjoy the historic town of Breckenridge, which is well known for the quality and quantity of its shops and restaurants. If you prefer to stay inside and relax then we’ve provided you with a wood-burning fireplace, 4 HDTVs, 3 DVD players, a collection of DVDs, complimentary Wi-Fi, a computer and printer, a large selection of books and board games, and if all that sounds too stressful then you can always take in the gorgeous mountain views while relaxing in our large Jacuzzi hot tub perched on the west facing deck.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Master Bedroom – 1 King Bed (sleeps 2)
Second Floor Bedroom – 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bunk Room – 2 Twin Bunks (sleeps 4)
First Floor Bedroom – 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Living Room – 1 Sofa Bed (sleeps 2)
There is also a portable crib, washer / dryer, boot warmer, outdoor propane grill, stereo with MP3 jack, indoor ski rack, and a fully equipped kitchen which includes dish washer, coffee maker, blender, waffle maker, microwave, stove / oven, and full-size refrigerator.

- Check-in is 4:00pm. Blue Owl Lodge will notify Guest inside 24 hours of arrival when early check-in is available. Check-out is 10:00am; no exceptions.
- Upon full payment Blue Owl Lodge will e-mail Guest with directions to the Property. Prior to 4:00pm on the arrival date, Blue Owl Lodge will provide Guest with an access code to the Property.
- Use is at your own risk. Blue Owl Lodge is not responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever due to the loss, theft or damage of Guest's personal property or to personal property owned by Guest's visitors including any vehicles whether owned, leased or rented.
- Subletting and Assignment: Guest may not sublet, sublicense or otherwise grant any rights to the Property.
- The maximum number of occupants allowed in the Property is 10. Children over the age of 3 are counted
- Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age. Blue Owl Lodge reserves the right to verify a Guests age by requesting a photo copy of Guests drivers’ license. Parents may not book the Property for their children. The Primary Guest must be present at the Property for the entire time of the reservation and take full responsibility for the Property
- Guest takes full responsibility for all lost or broken items and any damages to the Property of any kind.
- No pets are allowed on the Property at any time.
- The Property is a NON Smoking property and any form of smoking is prohibited inside the Property.
- The Property may not be used for any activity in violation of local, state, or federal laws, or Colorado Insurance rules and regulations.
- The use of fireworks or the discharge of firearms on or in the Property is prohibited.
- The Property is not equipped to handle outdoor fires and, as such, outdoor fires are prohibited.
- Limitations on Rental: Blue Owl Lodge will not be liable for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to appliance failure, hot tub availability due to failure or maintenance, other mechanical failure, unfavorable weather or other Act of God, disruption of utility services electrical service, cable television, internet, etc. There will be no relocation, rental proration or refund in the event of such circumstances.
- Guest expressly acknowledges that in no event will Blue Owl Lodge be held liable for any other condition out of the control of Blue Owl Lodge, or for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, expenses that result from moving or for any other losses.
- Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Owl Lodge from and against any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by any person, including Guests, other occupants and visitors, as a result of any cause, unless such damage was proximately caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Blue Owl Lodge (or its Agents). Blue Owl Lodge (or its Agents) is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. Blue Owl Lodge (or its Agents) is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest or its invitees.
