Description
This modern and spacious apartment is newly furnished to a high standard. Comfortably sleeps 6 and has a Luxury Italian fitted Kitchen which is fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. The main bedroom is furnished with a solid wood king-size bed with orthopaedic mattress and 2 bedside cabinets with large fitted wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom is identicle but has 3 foot twin beds instead and 1 bedside cabinet. The bathroom has a shower over bath and a large vanity unit topped with Italian Marble. The large Lounge Diner is furnished with 2 double sofabeds, 32" LCD TV and DVD player, the solid wood dining table seats 6. There is hot and cold aircon in all rooms plus pedastal fans. Outside is a lovely shaded terrace overlooking the communal pool, complete with a patio set seating 6 for alfesco dining. The apartment is within the prestigious Olive Tree Court in Peyia, a private complex containing 22 apartments. Within a 2 minute walk from the apartment you will find 2 supermarkets, a bakery, restaurant, bar, pharmacy, gymnasium and a bank. Within Peyia village there are many more bars, restaurants and amenities which are only a short walk away. (approx 8 mins) Coral Bay offers a more active scene and is a short drive away (5 Mins) Local buses also run every 15 mins and cost 1 Euro to Coral Bay. We are 26 kilometers from Paphos airport and 10 Kilometers from Paphos. Welcome pack provided. Highchairs and cots available to hire.

  • Always use mattress Protectors (Provided) when using Sofabeds.
  • Use Airer to dry Clothes.
  • Ensure all Windows & Doors are locked when leaving the Apartment.
  • Report all breakages 
  • Any problems contact (given with Booking Confirmation)
  • Always Turn Air-con Off when Leaving the Apartment.
  • When Using Air-con ensure all Windows and Doors are Shut.
  • Mid-stay Cleans can be arranged at occupiers expense,
  • Please respect other Residents and Guests.
  • Only use plastic utensils with cookware and pans.
  • Replacement Keys will be charged for.
  • 32L and 7L Coolboxes are provided for your convenience, please ensure they are cleaned out after each use.
  • The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time during reservation.
  • Owner does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property of the Renter. (Owner will return any missing items found.)
  • Renter will pay for repairs of any damage, they or their guests have caused. Required breakages deposit £150 Payable with Booking Fee, returned within 14 Days of return pending inspection of the property.
  • Renter hereby acknowledges that they have read the House Rules, understand it, agree to it, and have taken a copy if needed.
  • Renter must be over 18 years of age.
