Detailed Conditions
- If it is less than 4 weeks to your arrival at the time of booking, the full balance is due immediately.
- Your selected dates will be held for 7 days from the time of reservation.
- If your deposit, or full payment if less than 7 weeks to your arrival, is not received within 7 days, we regret that the
reservation will be canceled and the payed deposit will be held as a dammage fee.
- If you cancel your reservation at least 28 days before arrival and with a valid reason, all payed amounts will be refunded
- Payments made by "Paypal" are subject of an extra fee of 4% to cover the transaction fees.We sincerely hope that you enjoy your stay with us.
For your own comfort and safety, along with that of other residents, we respectfully ask that the following points are observed.
The Guesthous,and the apartments are STRICTLY non smoking.
Each party must have a least one guest aged 21 or over at the time of arrival.
Children are welcome.
We regret that NO pets are permitted. There is a small dog on the premises
The Guesthouse, and the apartments are available after 1pm on the day of arrival, with vacation no later than 11.00am on the day of departure.
If you require late departure we will do our best to help, but due to the possibility of arriving guests, no confirmation of availability can be given until the day before your departure.
Important pool regulations (Matagorda Bay apartment)
Please be aware that to comply with the latest Spanish safety regulations, the swimming pool is NOT deep enough for diving. Serious injury may result if this is ignored.
Sun loungers should NOT be removed from the pool area.
It is also strictly forbidden to reserve those sun loungers by putting towels on them and than go off for a couple of hours. These towels will be removed by the managment !!!. Sun loungers are a communal property, and never become a part of our rental agreement.
For security reasons, you can not bring glass bottles or glasses to the pool area.
Before entering the pool, showering is obligate.
Small children should always be accompanied by there parents.
Please do not let your children running at the pool! The floor can be very slippery.
Because the complex has a quietly character, loud screaming will not be tolerated.
