Damage Deposit - 400 USD
Cleaning - Once per week
Reservation deposit - 40% of the rent. Remaining 60% must be paid upon arriving along with the damage deposit.
Funds Transfer - Client is responsible for all fees associated with money transfers/paypal
Cancellations - Any cancellations made after confirmation of reservation will result in a 15% administrative fee charged on the TOTAL VALUE of the reservation. Cancellations made within 21 days of projected arrival will result in a 25% penalty on the total value of the reservation. Those made within 14 days of projected arrival will result in a 40% penalty of the total value of the reservation. Guest is responsible for all bank fees associated with refunds.

The Guanacaste region
The roads from Liberia Airport to Carrillo are paved and are usually in good condition,.
Guanacaste's climate is described as a forested desert. The green season is usually the months of May and part of June. The remainder of June, July, August, and September are warm, humid, and marked with rain showers. You can usually expect heavy rain in October (2010 was an exception--hot and dry). November through April are usually hot and dry.

Arenal, Costa Rica's active volcano is located about a 4-hour drive away. The roads to Arenal vary in condition, depending on the rains.

The Puerto Carrillo area
Puerto Carrillo is a world destination for deep-sea fishing. Fishing guides are available and reservations may be made in advance. 

Eco tours, kayaking tours, scuba lessons, surfing lessons are all available locally.

Playa Carrillo is a 2.5 km. palm-lined, white sand beach where you can enjoy jogging, body surfing, bird-watching, shell collecting, and swimming.

Conservation authorities conduct tours of the sea turtle nesting areas at Playa Camaronal, a black-sand local beach. More expert surfers also enjoy this beach.
How to get there
Fly to Liberia, Costa Rica. Regular scheduled airlines--e.g., American Airlines, Delta, Continental, USAir--as well as charters--e.g., SunWing, Thomas Cook Travel, CanJet, AirTransat, AirCanadaVacations--also fly into Liberia.
All of the major car rental agencies are located at the Liberia Airport.
Taxi and Turismo van service is also available at the airport--approx $120/150 fare to the casa.
