This bright spacious newly renovated duplex condo in Virginia Beach North End is very conveniently located a few steps from the beach. With a secluded walkway directly from the backyard, the beach is just a minute away; there are no roads to cross.

The house is located about 1 mile North from the famous Virginia Beach Boardwalk. It is just far enough away to avoid the crowds, but only a short drive or walk away from it to enjoy the entertainment!

First Landing State park with many great hiking and biking trails is only three blocks away.

The house is ideal for families with children and/or couples.

On the first floor, you will find a beautifully furnished queen bedroom with a private full bath.

The extraordinarily bright second floor features a spacious living room and dining area, a full kitchen and bar, bathroom, and a family room with a queen-size sleeping sofa and a 42” flat-screen TV. It has sliding door exit to a deck, which can be used as an alternate entrance to the house for a shorter walk from the beach. You can use outdoor shower before entering.

Finally, the third floor is home to the king-size master bedroom with an additional full-size pull-out couch, and a 42” flat-screen TV. Another bedroom includes a pyramid bunk-bed (full on the bottom and twin on top).Both bedrooms have sliding doors to the deck. The spacious bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub.

The house has two beautiful decks, where you can enjoy a nice breeze or prepare a gourmet meal on the gas grill. Washer and dryer are available on the first floor. Carport will keep your cars cool on the sunny day and an adjacent spacious garage is a great place to store your bikes or surf boards.

Shopping, amusements, mini golf and restaurants are nearby.
