the ranch at sky valley is a private home/retreat located on 10 acres it consists of a mid-century modern home circa 1955 totally updated thruout with two bedroom and one bath ideal for singles, couples or family

it is located exactly 15 mins to palm desert and all coachella valley concerts and shows

the property is also ideal for outdoor events parties, campfires,weddings etc ask sarah for more infwe are currently renting the ranch only on a monthly basis  Jan , Feb, March is avail at $2000 per month plus $2000 sec deposit

for april bookings the following are avail both Coachella Weekends are $1500 per weekend four days thurs thru Monday

May thru Dec 2013 are avail on a monthly basis at $1595 per month

the house has it own natural hot springs that come out of the ground at 108 degrees it also has city water

centrall heat and air ,new kithen and bathroom,new beds ,also have two rollaway beds avail for additional persons large fireplace in living rooms sit on the covered front porch and watch the sunset over an unobstucted view of the mountainsproperty location shows desert hot springs california but property is actually closer to palm desert/rancho mirage via thousand palms canyon road --check map
