Just 5 minutes to the Gondola, casinos, Round Hill Pines beach, 1-2 min. from Zephyr Cove State Park where you will find jet skiing, para sailing, wakeboarding, boat rentals, steamboat cruises, horseback riding & more! Our home comes equipped with WiFi, free unlimited long distance and fax machine for those needing the "working vacation".

Top floor is master w/king pillow top mattress, a 61" television, dvd player, VERY large walk in closet. The bathroom has his & hers sinks, slate tile surround shower with 4 shower heads, mini-fridge and jacuzzi tub!!

Down the hall from the master are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. 1 bedroom has a queen pillow top mattress . The opposite bedroom has 2 bunkbeds, one twin over twin and the other twin over double with a twin trundle (eff. 2/2012), and a private vanity & sink. The bathroom these bedrooms share has his/hers sinks, slate tile flooring & surround shower with a 2nd jacuzzi tub.

Next floor is gourmet kitchen with oak cabinets, stainless steel Jenn-Aire appliances, an island in the middle, and 2 sinks and 2 garbage disposals. There is a bar with seating for two connected to the island. The range is gas with a built in gas grill. There is also a double decker oven and built in microwave. A 20" television in the kitchen pulls out for entertaining. Adjoining is a breakfast nook with seating for 4. The nook opens up onto the patio via french doors where you will find patio furniture (summer only). There is a formal dining room that can accommodate up to 6. Additional seating for 8 is available via a folding table and chairs. There is also a 2nd refrigerator in the garage to accommodate large group gatherings and food storage.

Through french doors off the other end of the kitchen is the rear patio with outdoor furniture, seating for 6 at the table under the umbrella and a 6 person hot tub on the side of the house for your enjoyment. There is also a gas bbq with all the utensils on this patio for your cooking activities. (Patio furniture is moved in doors in the winter months)

Living room is spacious with a 50" big screen with cable channels including several movie channels, stereo with a small DVD and CD library, ceiling fan, wood fireplace, leather sofa & loveseat, chair and bean bag chairs for your comfort.

Downstairs is a media/den (6th bedroom) & game room with a 34" Sony big screen television, gas fireplace and foosball table, combination bumper pool/poker table (coming Feb 2012). This room looks out over the mountains and can be sealed off from upstairs via french doors for quiet entertainment enjoyment. In this room you will also find 2 queen size beds, bean bag chairs, small sofa.There are 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom & laundry room on this floor. Bedroom #1 has a double size elevated platform bed and a twin over double bunk bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen size pillowtop bed with a 27" television. Off of this bedroom is a bathroom with shower and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

HOME #2

Huge views are afforded from the private Hot Tub and wrap around decks. 2 bedrooms and a huge third level family room that sleeps a bunch are complimented by a cozy living/dining and kitchen on the main level. This is a no step entry so arriving and departing are a snap even in a blizzard!

Minutes to Zephyr Cove's famous white sand beaches, the Heavenly Gondola, major casinos, clubs, restaurants and shopping The Tahoe Inspiration is a great choice for your next Lake Tahoe vacation.

Zephyr Cove Beach and State Park

Zephyr Cove has beautiful sand & the region's best volleyball, 500+ passenger vessel, 36 passenger catamaran, huge grassy group event area, every kind of water sport rental you could imagine, & the Sunset Bar overlooking it all with cocktail servers roaming the beach. The beach does have a certain party atmosphere that some families may find offensive. This can usually be avoided just by staying a distance from the bar area. There is plenty of room. There is a $8 parking fee but it often becomes unavailable. When this happens they will park you at the high school across Hwy 50 and shuttle you to the beach. Zephyr Cove also has a modern campground, lodging, beachfront cabins, stables, the largest snowmobile operation west of the rockies.

Head East on Highway 50 about 1 mile to the entrance.
Dogs - No, although they are common at the far northeast end of the beach.
BarBQ - Yes
Fee - Parking $8 or yearly pass. You can avoid paying, but it means a walk or shuttle ride in.
Alcohol is allowed on the beach. Glass is not. Please clean up after yourself.
