Hey! For as long as I can remember, I've enjoyed any activity that allows me to throw myself out into nature. I spend most of my free time surfing, snowboarding and biking, so being split between Hawaii, San Francisco and lake Tahoe is perfect. After obtaining a masters in engineering, I realized that I was much more passionate about art & film making, so I decided to pursue this for another 4 years of study. Damage deposit is due 7 days prior to departure. The final instructions are provided by the homeowner on damage deposit payment.

The door is equipped with secure code system and doesn't require a physical key to be passed to the guest
The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time during reservation
Owner does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property of the Renter. (owner will return any missing items found) Owner will provide local and long distance phone service. Renter will pay for repairs of any damage, they or their guests have caused Renter hereby acknowledges that they have read this rules, understand it, agree to it, and taken a copy if needed.
