IF YOU WANT TO ARRANGE A “PARTY” IN CONNECTION WITH RENTING, VILLA MALOU OFFERS DIFFERENT FACILITIES FOR MAXIMUM 50 ADULTS. IT IS POSSIBLE TO ENTERTAIN 400 PEOPLE AT THE PROPERTY, BUT THEN THE PRICE HAS TO BE DISCUSSED
WATER AND ELECTRICITY, END CLEANING, AND 4 HOURS MAID SERVICE PR. WEEK IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!
FOR POOL HEATING EXTRA PR WEEK 200 EURO.
WE CAN BE HELPFUL TO PROVIDE HOUSEKEEPING IF NEEDED.
THREE TIMES A MONTH THE POOL WILL BE CLEANED AND A GARDENER WILL BE PROVIDED .
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE.
Late CheckOut and early CheckIn have to be discussed and paid for in advance.The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time during reservation.
Owner does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property of the Renter. (Owner will return any missing items found.)
Renter will pay for repairs of any damage, they or their guests have caused.
Renter hereby acknowledges that they have read the House Rules, understand it, agree to it, and have taken a copy if needed.
